Dr. Tanginika-Simone Cuascud Vega (Dr. Tangie) is a clinical sexologist, sexual health educator and surrogate partner therapy facilitator; founder and principal of Texas Sexual Health in North Texas, USA and a practitioner at Renewal Medical Centers of North Texas in Dallas.


She uses a multidisciplinary approach to find solutions for sexual dysfunctions and intimacy concerns. Her clinical practice includes cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma focused therapy, pelvic floor therapy and sexual medicine. She is board certified by the American College of Sexologists, is a member of the International Society for Sexual Medicine and the World Association on Sexual Health and is an ambassador of the American Sexual Health Association. Her media presence spans from being the resident sexologist for Univision Dallas/Fort Worth and offering health advice in Telemundo Dallas/Fort Worth and Univision Radio nationwide, to sharing pertinent health information in her YouTube Channel and blogs. Besides her work as a world renowned sexual health expert, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, dancing and being involved in her community. Currently, she is the VP of the Association of Hispanic Leaders and Past Chair of the Student Health Advisory Council in Grapevine/Colleyville ISD.
